The Needs & Options Review is an up to 2-hour consultation at your property designed to eliminate design guesswork, evaluate structural and planning feasibility, and provide absolute clarity before you commit to full architectural fees.

The fee for this comprehensive 2-hour on-site strategy review, short feasibility study, and follow-up fee proposal is £300 fully inclusive of VAT.
To give you complete peace of mind, this diagnostic fee is fully redeemable and will be offset against your future architectural design services if you choose to proceed with us.
If we discover we aren't the perfect fit for your specific build goals, the written brief and review findings are yours to keep and take to any other builder or designer to move your project forward.

We approach Michael at Home Arcitecture after having spent a significant amount of time trying to find solutions ourselves to the issues we had at home (poor layout, significant unused space, a dark dinging room, lack of storage space) without coming up with a solution that seemed satisfactory. We decided to award Home Architecture the design contract for a large rear extension we had planned for our 1930s house. The designed drawing by Mike had some design options that at the time we had not considered. With this open advice and forward thinking vision we approved modification for the final drawing sign off.
